Real women ski black!
February 11, 2008That’s right folks, I skiied my very first black diamond run this past week. Of course, if I had known ahead of time that’s where my friends were going, I probably wouldn’t have done it. Nevertheless, I conquered the mountain and didn’t look half bad while doing it.
A couple of our friends drove up from the Bay so it was good seeing them again. The trip was great except for the fact that I got wiped out by a snowboarder. Luckily, it was on the last run of the last day. I’m a bit sore but I didn’t really get injured, thank goodness.
Well now it’s back to the grind. This will be our last trip for awhile so that we can get some stuff done around the house once it warms up here.
